The Congressional Research Service (CRS) Office of the Counselor to the Director (COU) is seeking a Reviewer and User Support Specialist to join the Congressional Services Section. The ideal candidate will provide support to users of the congressional relationship management system (CRM) and review congressional requests for assignment to the final research division on a permanent basis.
