The Program Specialist is assigned to the Health Services Division of the Integrated SupportServices (ISS) Directorate and works under the general supervision of the Supervisory Clinic Manager. The Program Specialistprovides technical assistance and staff support to the division personnel supporting the execution of occupational medicine, health and wellness programming. The incumbent also provides professional advice on a widerange of issues related to the management and continuing improvement of the programs, policies andprocedures of the Health Services Division. Customer focus, tactfulness, courtesy and follow-through are key elements of this position. This is aconfidential position, working closely with the division leadership on division activities.
