Key Accountabilities
- Circulation Services: Handling account openings, placing holds, processing interlibrary loans, and managing fines.
- Program Development: Planning and facilitating library programs and events, collaborating with librarians and management.
- Collections Management: Maintaining circulation records, processing new materials, and overseeing mailings of library materials.
- Supervision: Managing junior Library Associates, including performance evaluations, training, and timesheet approval.
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Three years library experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
