What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Manager / Supervisor / Representative position at License Office Services?

Customer service rep will process registrations and titles and/or process driver’s license transactions.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of recent experience in a customer service position involving face-to-face customer contact.
- Prior data entry experience strongly preferred. Accuracy is more important then speed.
Attention to detail and able to follow procedures and instructions.
- Need excellent oral communication skills, good people skills, friendly, outgoing personality.
- Experience with problem solving, multi-tasking and handling stressful situations.
Part-time positions available. Starting pay $18.00 per hour. Part-time 20-29 hours per week. Some Flexible shifts available (3-4 days/week)
Students welcome to apply. We have flexible shifts to adjust to class schedules.
Office hours M-F 8:00am – 6:00pm, Saturday 8 - Noon. Alternating Saturdays required for all positions.
Applicants must be current on state income tax and personal property taxes. Must submit to a criminal background check conducted by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
