Job Description:
A Licensed BCBA at Licensed Support is responsible for the direct implementation of child specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs as written by the Behavior Analyst. The BCBA works with the RBT and ABA Paraprofessionals who work 1:1 with the child and family by providing behavioral interventions and skill acquisition programming.
What You'll Do:
· Develop behavior plans and interventions to address problem behaviors
· Work with individual children on a 1:1 basis with paraprofessional
· Participate in the development of program plans and provide updates on progress
· Ensure that each client’s individual plan is implemented as written with goals
· Maintain appropriate records, collect data and complete of treatment notes as required and within the specified time frames

Required Qualifications and Provisions:
· Behavior Analyst Board Certification and licensure
· Graduate degree in applied behavior analysis
· Experienced in supervision and parental guidance
· Ability to adapt to patient’s cultural differences
· Leadership skills to provide paraprofessionals the guidance necessary for the individual circumstances
· Capability to collaborate with and connect all of patient's care providers under one comprehensive plan
· Skills to communicate effectively between agency, parent, school and care providers to promote team players
· Confidentiality regarding the affairs of clients, staff, their families, and child served
Preferred:
· Minimum of two years of experience working with children
· CPR Certification
· Concepts and principles in behavior analysis
· Ethical and professional conduct
· Provide ongoing consultation and support to families and other professionals
· Organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions
· Capability to accept and initiate change, have patience and understanding, and work within a team environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour
