We are offering salary commission bonus
Insurance sales agents will earn $40,000 if you are average, $50,000 if you are good, and $80,000 if you are our next superstar.
The position offered is in the insurance industry primarily selling Home and Auto Insurance and Life Insurance.
College degree preferred but not required. However previous insurance agency experience is highly preferred. We would love to work with an outgoing personality who enjoys engaging and talking to people. Comfortable dealing with high a high volume of outbound and inbound phone activity. Ability to work independently and proficiently without excess supervision.
Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations and closes sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- At least Property / Casualty Licensed / Preferred dual-licensed with Life / Health insurance licenses
- Minimum 2-5 years of industry experience is preferred.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial
