Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and implementing behavior intervention plans for individuals, particularly children, with behavioral challenges. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral issues and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions based on applied behavior analysis techniques.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavior management strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and share insights on behavioral health.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to determine the needs of clients and recommend appropriate services.
Skills
