Lickety Split Air, Plumbing & Electric is on the hunt for a Plumbing Production Team Support member—a crucial player in ensuring our field technicians have everything they need to get the job done right!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Morning Deliveries:

✔️ Operate a box truck or company vehicle to transport plumbing materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
✔️ Use a lift gate for unloading (experience preferred, but we’ll train you!).
✔️ Collect and haul away on-site debris or excess materials as directed by technicians.

Mid-Day and On-Demand Runs:

✔️ Pick up and deliver essential plumbing parts from various supply houses as needed.
✔️ Work directly with service managers to secure purchase orders and required materials.
✔️ Be the go-to problem solver when last-minute deliveries or urgent job-site needs arise.

Warehouse Operations:

✔️ Assist with receiving shipments, pulling orders, and restocking materials for upcoming jobs.
✔️ Maintain clean, organized inventory in the warehouse.
✔️ Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure seamless operations.

• Flexibility & Overtime:

✔️ Be prepared for occasional overtime—some days may require extended hours to meet business needs.
✔️ Participate in a rotating Saturday shift schedule once fully trained.

Collaboration & Communication:

✔️ Team up with plumbing technicians and service managers to keep workflow efficient and seamless.
✔️ Provide feedback on logistical challenges to help improve processes and minimize unnecessary trips.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Box truck driving experience or similar vehicle operation.
✅ Background in delivery, warehouse logistics, or plumbing supply operations (a huge plus!).
✅ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks.
✅ Strong organizational & time management skills—you keep things running like a well-oiled machine. ️
✅ A self-starter who can work independently and stay on top of changing priorities.
✅ Excellent communication skills—you’ll be coordinating with multiple team members daily.
✅ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
✅ Experience with larger truck operations (Class B license a plus!).
