Entry-Level Plumber Responsibilities:- Assist with diagnosing and solving plumbing issues for residential customers.
- Learn to provide whole-house plumbing diagnostics and solutions on every call.
- Support senior plumbers in offering tailored solutions for customers’ plumbing needs.
- Help maintain truck stock and ensure all tools are ready for each job.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure positive reviews on platforms like Google and Yelp.
- Uphold our high standards of professionalism and company image.
- A desire to learn and grow in the plumbing trade.
- Familiarity with basic plumbing tools is a plus (drain equipment, cameras, jetting, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and self-motivation.
