With a steady flow of high-quality leads , we empower our sales professionals to focus on closing deals and driving revenue—no cold calling required!

What You’ll Do :

Meet with 3-4 warm leads daily —no prospecting necessary!

Close deals in person with a minimum 40% closing rate

Build strong relationships with current customers and identify additional service opportunities

Present and sell our premium home services with confidence and expertise

Exceed sales targets and enjoy a lucrative commission structure

What You Bring to the Table :

Proven sales experience (home services experience preferred)

A track record of high closing rates (40% minimum)

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Self-driven, competitive, and motivated to hit six-figure earnings

A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
