Job Title: Outreach Manager
Reports To: Community Engagement Director
Salary Range: $45,760-$65,894 (dependent on previous experience)
Job Classification: Full-Time, Professional Staff Member; 40 hours/week; Exempt
Job Summary: The Outreach Manager plays a critical role in building meaningful relationships between Licking County Aging Partners (LCAP) and the broader community. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating strategies that enhance awareness, participation, and support for programs and services aimed at enriching the lives of seniors in Licking County. Additionally, this role involves leading a team of coordinators and overseeing key programs to ensure strategic alignment with serving the older adults of our community.

Core Technology Competencies: Demonstrated working knowledge of computer operations and standard office equipment (copiers, faxes, etc.) and must be able to utilize all Microsoft Office services.
Essential Duties:
- Supervise staff in outreach and support services, including Vision Services and engagement.
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to promote LCAP’s programs and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, local businesses, and key stakeholders to foster collaboration and resource-sharing.
- Assist in the planning and execution of programs that address senior needs, including workshops, support groups, and resource fairs.
- Regularly evaluate program impact, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance effectiveness.
- Ensure alignment of messaging and outreach efforts with organizational goals and community needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure programs are inclusive, accessible, and effective.
- Track community engagement activities and outcomes, maintaining up-to-date records of partnerships, sponsorships, and event participation.
- Perform other related duties as needed or assigned.

Maintain predictable and regular attendance, work stated hours, communicate, comprehend, and follow policies and procedures and develop and maintain positive working relationships with all staff. Must be able to satisfactorily perform all the job responsibilities and meet the physical requirements of that same job title. All employees must possess and maintain a Valid Ohio Driver’s License, as well as the minimum auto insurance coverage for Ohio (must be able to provide proof upon request).
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or three years equivalent experience in Community Development, Social Work, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with various community partners.
- Experience writing and managing grants preferred.
