Warehouse Manager

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience

Locations: Heath, OH 43056

Schedule: Monday-Friday (occasional Saturday work)

Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Job Description:

The Warehouse Manager will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility, ensuring efficient and safe storage and retrieval of merchandise. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory control systems, including receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise.
• Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and efficiency in the warehouse.
• Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to warehouse operations.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems and warehouse software.
