Area Manager- Roadside Rest Areas (Licking & Muskingum Counties)
For Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc.
Pay: $18.50-$20.50 per hr. depending on experience
Locations: Roadside Rest Areas – I70E &W, Licking and Muskingum Counties
Schedule: Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed.
Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (normally)
Full-time position 36-40 hours per week
A successful applicant will...
- Have supervisory experience in a janitorial environment.
- Have experience in working outside in various weather conditions.
- Have excellent customer service skills.
- Have strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, make independent decisions, and maintain confidentiality.
- Have experience with conducting Quality Control checks.
- Have knowledge of Computers and keeping daily reports.
- Have a passion for Supervising, training, and coaching your team.
- Comply with and enforce policies, procedures, safety practices as well as laws and regulations.
- Have proven organizational skills and the ability to schedule, plan, and prioritize duties.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC)
- Pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to operate general office equipment
- Preferred resident of Licking County
