Assistant Manager-Full time

REGULAR FULL-TIME 2nd Shift

Illuminate USA, 3600 Etna Parkway, Pataskala, OH, US

250 Signing Bonus!

Pay : $21.00 / hour

Schedule : Wednesday thru Sunday– 3 : 00pm to 11 : 30pm

Overview

Licking / Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. provides training, employment, and support services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.

Job Duties :

  • Work unsupervised for long periods
  • Manage between 10-20 employees
  • Maintain Accurate records
  • Recommend corrective actions as appropriate
  • Assist with general cleaning tasks as needed
  • All other duties as assigned

Basic Requirements :

  • Management experience preferred
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC)
  • Valid Driver’s License and meet driving requirements to be insured by our company
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Lift up to 35 pounds
  • Climb stairs, bend, stoop, and reach
  • Lots of walking
  • Customer service skills as well as communicate well with the public
  • Work unsupervised for long periods of time
