Janitorial Crew Leader 2nd Shift
REGULAR FULL-TIME
Illuminate USA, 3600 Etna Parkway, Pataskala, OH, US
250.00 Signing Bonus!
Pay : $19.00 per hr.
Schedule : 40 hours a week – 3 : 00pm – 11 : 30am
Must be available to work weekends
Overview
Licking / Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. provides training, employment, and support services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.
Job Duties :
Schedule, coordinate and oversee all work of staff members
Inspect for quality control to ensure standards are met
Provide training to associates
Recommend corrective actions as appropriate
Assist with general cleaning tasks as needed
All other duties as assigned
Basic Requirements :
Management experience preferred
Maintain accurate records
Must be 18 years or older
Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC)
Pass a criminal background check
Lift up to 35 pounds
Climb stairs, bend, stoop, and reach
Lots of walking
Customer service skills as well as communicate well with the public
Work unsupervised for long periods of time
Own steel toed boots
