Caretaker- Full time / 2nd Shift

$250.00 Signing Bonus!
Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Sunday thru Thursday
Hours: 3pm-11pm

Job Duties:
- Cleaning restrooms
- Taking out the trash
- Sanitizing
- Sweeping
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Dusting
- Outside – mowing, weeding, mulching, planting, and trimming trees, picking up litter and debris in the parking lot, emptying grills. Snow removal during the winter season.
- All other duties as assigned
Basic Requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years old
- All training provided for use of special equipment
- Lift up to 30 lbs
- Snow removal and landscaping required, we’ll train
- Bending, walking, squatting, stooping
- Stand for 2 hours with break
- Communicates well with the public
- Customer service skills
