Position Summary

According to established LMH policies and procedures- handles and prepares food for patient menu selections, and is responsible for the accurate, consistent, team-oriented, safe, and sanitary execution of those duties.

Assignments:

• Server - obtains the patient's face-to-face selection of food and promotes their experience of hospitality, and is responsible as a caring, positive, accurate, and efficient liaison to the patients.
• Call Center - obtains the patient's over-the-phone selection of food and promotes their experience of hospitality, and is responsible as a caring, positive, accurate, and efficient liaison to the patients.
• Line Cook - handles, prepares, and cooks food for patient menu selections, and is responsible for the accurate, consistent, team-oriented, safe, and sanitary execution of those duties.
• Garde Manger - handles and prepares cold food for patient menu selections, and is responsible for the accurate, consistent, team-oriented, safe, and sanitary execution of those duties.
• Performs other duties as requested

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Two years' experience in a culinary role
• Strong technical skills – ability to operate desktop computer and tablet
• Ability to read and follow batch recipe with consistency
• Strong time management skills
• Provide and take direction with a high level of professionalism
• Acceptable MVR
