Position Summary
According to established LMH policies and procedures- handles and prepares food for patient menu selections, and is responsible for the accurate, consistent, team-oriented, safe, and sanitary execution of those duties.
Assignments:
- Server - obtains the patient's face-to-face selection of food and promotes their experience of hospitality, and is responsible as a caring, positive, accurate, and efficient liaison to the patients.
- Call Center - obtains the patient's over-the-phone selection of food and promotes their experience of hospitality, and is responsible as a caring, positive, accurate, and efficient liaison to the patients.
- Line Cook - handles, prepares, and cooks food for patient menu selections, and is responsible for the accurate, consistent, team-oriented, safe, and sanitary execution of those duties.
- Garde Manger - handles and prepares cold food for patient menu selections, and is responsible for the accurate, consistent, team-oriented, safe, and sanitary execution of those duties.
- Performs other duties as requested
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Two years' experience in a culinary role
- Strong technical skills – ability to operate desktop computer and tablet
- Ability to read and follow batch recipe with consistency
- Strong time management skills
- Provide and take direction with a high level of professionalism
- Acceptable MVR

Salary : $30,500 - $38,600
