Excellent Pay and Benefits : Great career-pathing Professional development, including unlimited online training courses Health insurance with premium contributions Dental, vision, HSA 100% company paid life insurance and long-term disability 401k - with employer match Paid time off to include- vacation, sick pay, wellness time off, and 10 holidays Company bonuses And many more....POSITION SUMMARY : Safety maneuver tractor trailers between LiDestri facilities and / or on LiDestri propertyDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Transport product between facilities utilizing tractor trailers; Perform yard checks and move empty trailers throughout lot; Apply security mechanisms (i.e. glad hands) and ensure trailers are properly seal to prevent theft and contamination; Maybe required to assist with maneuvering the railcar; Certified to operate lifts; Assist with Shipping / Receiving needs or performing other warehouse duties, as time allows; Report food safety & quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE : High School Diploma or GED; Must possess a valid CDL-A license and possess a current, valid DOT physical; Previous experience with shipping / receiving paperwork; Ability to wear personal protective equipment (bump cap, hair net, ear plugs, beard net (if applicable), Kevlar gloves, safety glasses and leather skid resistant work shoes / boots); Ability to apply basic computer and communication skills, math functions, and reasoning; Previous experience as a CDL-A driver.
