Key Responsibilities
- Provide Comprehensive Wealth Strategies: Deliver a high level of individualized, comprehensive investment and wealth strategies tailored to each client’s goals and objectives.
- Manage Client Relationships: Anticipate client needs, resolve inquiries, and ensure client portfolios remain aligned with their financial objectives.
- Collaborate with Investment Teams: Work closely with portfolio managers and other investment professionals to meet clients’ financial goals and leverage the full suite of Lido Advisors’ services.
- Collaborate with Client-Service Teams: Work closely with junior team members to onboard new clients and manage existing client relationships.
- Direct Investment Deployments: Lead the deployment of investments for new client allocations and manage portfolio rebalances.
- Client Reviews & Reporting: Prepare and conduct regular portfolio review meetings to assess performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Drive Business Growth: Proactively seek opportunities to increase client wallet share by identifying additional wealth management needs.
- CRM & Engagement Tracking: Maintain and track all prospect and client engagement in the firm’s CRM, ensuring timely follow-up and action on all opportunities.
- Presentations & Business Development: Partner with Senior Wealth Advisors to deliver compelling presentations to prospects and assist in converting them into clients.
- Referral Network Development: Build and cultivate a network of referral sources to expand business development opportunities.
- Product & Policy Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Lido Advisors’ products and services and ensure adherence to allocation policies and best practices.
- Proven Success in Client Acquisition & Retention: Demonstrated ability to attract, serve, and retain high-net-worth clients with a client-first mentality.
- Expertise in Wealth Management & Investment Strategies: Solid understanding of asset allocation, alternative investments, and portfolio management strategies.
- Client-Centric Approach: A passion for delivering tailored financial solutions and providing exceptional service that meets clients’ long-term goals.
- Financial Planning & Critical Thinking: Ability to assess client needs, develop customized strategies, and provide clear recommendations.
- Independent & Results-Oriented: Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
- Ethical Standards: A high level of integrity and professionalism in all client interactions, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and firm policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 7 Years of experience in wealth management or a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
- Series 65 or equivalent required.
- 5 Years of Current IAR Registration preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with internal teams to achieve client and firm goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Salesforce, and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling and portfolio management tools is a plus.
