Part Time Assistant Manager Emerald Square Mall

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our wireless sales store, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of employee performance. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall success of the store.

Duties:
- Generate Sales:
- Provide excellent customer service to drive sales growth.
- Meet or exceed Company Objectives in individual sales statistics.
- Offer consistent feedback to associates on their sales performance.
- Control Expenses:
- Safeguard Company assets following retail policies.
- Assist in creating store schedules for proper coverage and wage control.
- Manage store inventory accurately and perform necessary documentation.
- Supervise Associates:
- Participate in training programs and ensure adherence to set goals.
- Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on operations and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing losses.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with clear verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in computer operation and relevant software programs.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working hands overhead.
- Willingness to work unsupervised and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to climb ladders when necessary.
