The Qualitative practice at Lieberman, Inc. is growing fast, and we have an exciting opportunity for a Research Director to join our team. We are seeking a curious and strategically minded qualitative researcher with a true passion for consumer insights and storytelling.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Minimum 6 years relevant professional experience, either in an agency or constancy
• Experience leading complex pharma market research studies (including global research)
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated experience in producing in-depth, insightful analysis, crafting superb reports, and delivering outstanding client presentations
• True passion for understanding and explaining the WHY behind consumer drivers and attitudes
• Experience and interest in training junior members of staff
• Proven ability to apply psychological principles and behavioral science approaches to qualitative research is an advantage
• Some level of moderating experience is a plus but not required
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in a social sciences field
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple complex domestic and international qualitative research projects and meet aggressive timelines, with team support
• Autonomously create full reports and independently presenting them to clients.
• Train and mentor staff to build industry, marketing, and unique client knowledge to advance analytic insights and research capabilities
