Arbor Day Farm is the 260-acre property owned and operated by the Arbor Day Foundation, where our mission comes to life.
You Have:
- Self-motivation. An upbeat individual dedicated to providing outstanding guest service. Someone who is passionate about the Foundation's mission to inspire people to plant, nurture, and celebrate trees.
- Availability. Weekday and weekend availability.
- Great communication and customer service skills. Guiding guests and providing information about our property and mission as they experience Tree Adventure and Arbor Day Farm.
- Desire to problem-solve. Enjoy looking for new ways to improve efficiency and guest experience.
- A love for working on your feet. You have the ability to stand/walk for a designated shift, and you are able to lift up to 25 lbs.
You Will:
- Be a team player. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of Tree Adventure, greeting customers, stocking shelves, following safety and sanitation procedures, light cleaning, and assisting wherever needed!
- Spend your days in Tree Adventure. You will be a part of a team providing excellent customer service, whether finding an item or showing them what our farm has to offer.
- Professional appearance. Always appear at work looking professional and well-groomed.
- Earn valuable work experience. You will gain valuable work experience that sets you up for other opportunities on our property.
