Discovery Ride Driver

Arbor Day Farm is looking for a Discovery Ride Driver to join their Team!

You Have:

• Great customer service skills. You have a positive attitude, love working with people, and have the ability to ensure a positive riding experience for all guests.
• Flexibility in your schedule. A drive to earn some extra money and the ability to work shifts that are on the weekend and in the evening.
• Responsibility. You take direction well, and pride yourself on you ability to follow through
• A valid drivers license. You will be able to provide your drivers license with a clean driving record and able to meet requirements to be added to company insurance (25 years old)

You Will:

• Maintain professional appearance. Well-groomed and personal hygiene are essential.
• Report issues. You will be in tune with any maintenance or road concerns that need to be addressed and reported to the Tour Coordinator.
• Adhere. To all procedures and processes associated with tours.
• Be punctual. Being on time, to get the ride ready for scheduled tours which will start in March.
• Assist. Passengers with special needs, such as those with disabilities or young children
• Help maintain. You will gas up the tractor and keep it looking clean.
• Interact. You will interact with guests as they get on and off the ride answering questions and directing them where they need to go.
