Position Summary:
We are looking for a Communications Coordinator to join our creative team! In this role, you’ll serve as a publicist and customer engagement lead, building and nurturing relationships with our online community. You’ll focus on fostering engagement across multiple platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and represent our company in various community events. This role is essential to helping Lifco increase its visibility, expand our reach, and engage with customers in a meaningful way. What You’d Be Doing in This Role:
- Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and write compelling copy for social media platforms, video scripts, newsletters, blog posts, and interviews.
- Community Engagement: Actively manage our online presence on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube by responding to comments, messages, and feedback.
- Digital Marketing Support: Assist in creating digital marketing campaigns (email, ads, etc.) and coordinate efforts with the content team to enhance our overall strategy.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content and creative teams to develop and share consistent, engaging messaging that aligns with Lifco’s values and mission.
- Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry news, trends, and developments to ensure content is relevant and accurate.
- Team Support: Contribute to the ongoing success of the communications and content teams by providing creative ideas and supporting team initiatives.
Skills & Assets That Will Help You Succeed:
- Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and how to build and engage an online community.
- Creative Writing: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a flair for storytelling and a passion for creating content that resonates with audiences.
- Public Relations Savvy: Experience managing public relations efforts and building relationships with both online and offline communities.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into accessible, engaging content.
