Human Resources Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team. In this role you will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring operational excellence, streamlining processes, and advancing the organization’s mission. This role will be pivotal in overseeing daily operations, cross-departmental collaboration, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
HR Management:
- Lead implementation of HRIS with goal of reducing admin tasks by 10-20%
- Develop and communicate rollout of employee benefits program.
- Manage recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
- Develop and manage onboarding program leading to improved new hire retention.
- Manage staff relations and foster positive work environment via regular 1:1 meetings.
· Manage HR budget to ensure cost-effective operations and identify areas for cost savings.
· Utilize HR technology to streamline policies and procedures.
· Monitor HR metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to leadership to drive informed decision-making.
· Provide guidance and support for managers in the area of employee relations.
· Maintain and exhibit confidentiality of all sensitive information and material.
· Develop and implement performance review program.
Operations Management:
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage vendor and external partner relationships.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement solutions.
- Collaborate cross departmentally with clinicians to resolve operational issues and ensure company policies and strategic objectives are met.
- Review financial reports and participate in financial and business planning.
· Coordinate training programs, workshops, and continuous education opportunities.
· Ensure workplace health and safety standards are met by conducting regular safety audits.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare, human resources, or related field.
· 5 years of experience in human resources or operations.
· HR certification (or willingness to earn within the first six months of employment).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Healthcare experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $84,634.00 per year
