Join our team as a Nurse Practitioner - Assisted Living at Life Care Center of Coeur d'Alene. In this role, you will coordinate and assist with the completion and submission of interdisciplinary, accurate, and timely MDS Assessments, CCAs, and Care Plans according to CMS RAI Manual Regulations.
You will also have the opportunity to:
- Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
- Two (2) years' nursing experience, with geriatric nursing experience preferred
