The Life Care Center of Evergreen is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide direct rehab care in speech therapy to patients upon physician referral, working in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and modify realistic, measurable, timely, and functional goals
- Chart appropriately and timely
- Utilize therapy software accurately
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited program in speech therapy (minimum MS or MA SLP)
- ASHA certified (CCCs) OR must be eligible for 9 month Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State
