To qualify for this position, you must have a nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing) and be currently licensed/registered in the applicable state. A minimum of one year skilled nursing experience is preferred. CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation is required. To maintain employment, CPR certification must remain current throughout employment. You will be expected to implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department. Excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients are essential for success in this role.
