We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide direct rehabilitation care to patients in our facility.
About the Role
- Implement and interpret occupational treatment plans for patients, focusing on activities of daily living.
- Establish, assess, and modify realistic, measurable, timely, and functional goals.
- Oversee and evaluate care given by OTAs, Rehab Aides, and students.
- Chart appropriately and timely using therapy software.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
Requirements
- NBCOT certified (optional renewal).
- Graduate of an accredited program in occupational therapy (BSOT or MSOT).
- Current registration/licensure in the applicable state.
- One year experience in post acute care or related setting preferred.
