Job Title: Physical Therapist
Join Life Care in a full-time role as a physical therapist providing direct rehabilitation care to patients upon physician referral.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services in accordance with laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
- Implement and interpret treatment plans, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
- Evaluate care given by PTAs, Rehab Aides, and PT and PTA students.
- Maintain accurate records using therapy software.
- Ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and English language skills.
- Familiarity with post-acute care facility practices and procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Ability to implement company policies and maintain confidentiality.
- Integrity and professionalism, adhering to Life Care's Code of Conduct.
