About the Position
We are seeking a full-time and PRN Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic rehab team. As an OT, you will provide direct rehabilitation care to patients in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Responsibilities:
- Graduate of an accredited program in occupational therapy (BSOT or MSOT)
- Participate in community health matters/projects as appropriate
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software
- Knowledgeable of practices and procedures governing functions in post-acute care facilities
- Implement and interpret department programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary and/or confidential information
- Understand and follow company policies, including harassment and compliance procedures
- Display integrity and professionalism by adhering to Life Care's Code of Conduct
- Oversee and evaluate care given by OTAs, Rehab Aides, and students
- Utilize therapy software accurately
Requirements:
- $40-$50/hour (full-time) or $50-$55/hour (PRN) based on experience
- Part of a network of nearly 200 skilled nursing facilities
