As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Life Care Center of Port Orchard, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative therapies to optimize patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Utilize evidence-based practices and innovative therapies to optimize patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Requirements:
- NBCOT certification upon hire, with optional renewal
- Graduate of an accredited program in occupational therapy (ASOT)
- Current registration/licensure in applicable State, with active licensure throughout employment
- One year experience in post acute care or related setting preferred
