We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As an LPN, you will be responsible for delivering quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and providing care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

- Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact
- Provide care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
- Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Active LPN/LVN license in good standing
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
