Job Description
As an LPN at Life Care Center of Post Falls, you will be responsible for delivering quality nursing care to patients and providing support to our interdisciplinary team. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and providing care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition.
- Assigning duties, instructing, and providing clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A graduate degree from an accredited LPN program.
- A current license/registration in the applicable state.
- A minimum of one year skilled nursing experience preferred.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.
