We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Life Care Center of Sandpoint. Our interdisciplinary team is dedicated to delivering quality nursing care to patients, enabling them to achieve their highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
About the Role
This role will involve providing care and services that prioritize patient-centered care, allowing patients to maintain or attain their highest practicable state. The successful candidate will be responsible for assigning duties, instructing, and providing clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Key qualifications include graduation from an accredited LPN program, with one year of skilled nursing experience preferred. We offer a competitive sign-on bonus of $4,000 for a one-year agreement, as well as shift differentials for evening ($3) and night shift ($5) work. Additionally, we provide tuition reimbursement to support continued education and career advancement.
