Part-time (24 hours) Activities Assistant @ $16 per hour.

Job Description :
- Assist in planning, organizing and facilitating group recreational and social activities, events, programs and bus excursions on a regular basis.
- Handling logistics to make the event possible, such as making phone calls, in-house advertising, inventory and coordinating transportation.
- Keeping records regarding event planning resources, participant interest, and other notable information.
- Manage daily and weekly in-house advertising using the community portal, and create flyers and posters with software applications.
- Maintain Daily / Weekly in-house advertising through in-house community portal, creation of flyers and posters via software apps
- Maintain calendar of activities and effectively coordinating with other departments and communicating it to participants.
- Maintain monthly distribution of the resident birthday and anniversary list.
