Job Description
Oakmont Gardens is seeking an Environmental Services Assistant to support the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of our community. This role is essential in coordinating housekeeping and laundry schedules, assisting with resident move-ins and move-outs, and managing maintenance requests to ensure a welcoming environment for residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily laundry and housekeeping schedules and work with Director to make changes as needed.
- Communicate with residents about housekeeping and laundry services or schedule changes.
- Manage and coordinate deep cleans, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning schedules.
- Assist with move-in and move-out procedures, including apartment inspections.
- Process supply orders and manage AP coding for the Environmental Services department.
- Cross-train in basic housekeeping and laundry services to assist as needed.
- Provide general support to the Environmental Services team as needed.
