LCS is seeking an experienced hospitality focused Executive Director in the senior housing industry to oversee the daily operations of Charter House. This community is located in Rochester, Minnesota and provides a full continuum of care that has been designed with purpose driven features and amenities.

The Role :

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the senior living community, including operations, budgeting, staffing, marketing, and resident care.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the community's growth, sustainability, and high-quality of services.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture through strong leadership, clear communication, and ongoing professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends, best practices, and the needs of senior residents.
  • Qualifications :

  • At least 5 years of management experience in a life care community.
  • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Minnesota. At a minimum must meet the eligibility requirements under applicable state specific law to obtain licensure.
  • The technical knowledge required is best obtained through a BS or MS degree in business, health care, hotel / restaurant management, or closely related area.
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of publics, including residents, owners, community groups.
  • A broad understanding of federal and state laws related to the operation of the community.

    Travel Frequency : 0-10%

    Estimated Salary Range : $155,000 - $180,000

    The actual title & salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors.
