Daily Responsibilities:
- Supervise healthcare personnel, including hiring, training, evaluating, and counseling within established policies and procedures.
- Oversee the Nurse Manager, LPN-LVN-Care Partner, Quality of Life Specialist, Medication Assistant/CMA, and Health Services Associate.
- Coordinate scheduling of nursing services/personnel as needed.
- Ensure maintenance of medical charting and required documentation under state regulatory guidelines.
- Serve as the department representative and coordinator of the Quality Assurance program for nursing services.
