Job Description
This Driver and Concierge Services role is a critical part of our team, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of residents to and from various activities and appointments. As a member of our community, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver residents to all scheduled activities and appointments where transportation is needed.
- Complete safety checks of the vehicle before transporting residents to and from scheduled activities and appointments.
- Transport residents on scenic boat outings, including safely docking at area lakeside restaurants.
- Assist residents through embarking and disembarkation.
- Accurately record vehicle mileage and resident attendance for all scheduled transportation.
Qualifications:
- Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle, inside and out.
- Transport vehicles to service locations for routine preventive maintenance as scheduled by supervisor.
- Notify supervisor of necessary repairs and vehicle malutations.
- Immediately notify supervisor of resident concerns, problems, or incidents.
- Makes miscellaneous runs for administration errands as necessary.
- Maintain all tools, equipment, and supplies in proper condition.
- Accomplish all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.
- Attend in-service training and education sessions, as scheduled.
- Must be CPR, AED, and First Aid certified.
