Job Summary
We are seeking a hospitality-focused Resident Services Coordinator to provide direct supervision of caregiving within our community, ensuring residents receive respectful and dignified care that acknowledges their individual needs and promotes independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate information related to residents' conditions, personal needs, appointments, and external services, communicating effectively with relevant individuals.
- Maintain medication carts and rooms in an organized, clean, and safe manner, submitting orders for medications, supplies, and equipment as prescribed by physicians and established community policies and procedures.
- Partner with health services leadership to develop and implement Cooperative Service Plans, ensuring timely completion and updates.
- Organize and update in-service binders as needed and manage the in-services calendar to schedule training sessions and assist DRS in preparation.
- Provide support to frontline staff as needed.
Requirements
- Fingerprint Clearance Card
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Minimum one year's experience as a Personal Care Attendant or six months as a Medication Technician/Aide, or previous experience as a Resident Care Coordinator; Memory Care experience preferred.
