Overview
Life Center is a community mental health center seeking a full time front desk staff to support the clinic in meeting their daily administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who wants to become a long term part of our team and strives to support our organization's mission through teamwork, dependability, and excellent patient care. Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling/rescheduling patient appointments
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team of staff
- Charge patients, checking them in and out
- Provide information to potential patients inquiring about services
- Verify insurances and provide information on copays to the patients
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school degree or GED
- Must have an understanding of basic computer, email, and internet use
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience in patient coordination preferred, but not needed

Shift Hours:
M-F 8 hours/day (1pm-9pm), one Saturday a month (9am-5pm), Work hours do not to exceed 5 days a week/40 hours per week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
