In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping individuals and investors secure the financing they need to achieve their homeownership and real estate investment goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Loan Origination: Originate mortgage loans, including but not limited to conventional loans, fix and flip loans, DSCR (Debt-Service Coverage Ratio) Purchase, and Refinance loans.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, providing guidance and expertise throughout the mortgage application process.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, loan programs, and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the mortgage process, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Pipeline Management: Effectively manage your loan pipeline to meet closing deadlines and production targets.
Qualifications:
- Motivated Learners Welcome: We encourage individuals who are new to the mortgage industry or are still learning to apply. We provide training and mentorship to help you succeed.
- Mortgage Licensing: Must obtain and maintain all necessary mortgage licenses as required by state and federal regulations.
- Sales and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and partners.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in document collection and application submissions.
- Market Awareness: A keen interest in staying updated on the latest mortgage loan programs and market trends.
