The Digital and Development Office Operations Manager provides critical support to the CGL office by managing operational and strategic initiatives. This role ensures the smooth execution of the group’s projects and ministry efforts. This role (operationally) supports the team's direction, initiatives, and ministry efforts to achieve outcomes that further Life.Church’s mission and reach people for Christ.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a trusted partner to the CGL and Director, managing calendars, inboxes, travel planning, and expense reports
  • Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities to keep the CGL and Director operating at a high level
  • Develop and refine systems for scheduling, communication, and day-to-day operations, ensuring all logistics are prepared and executed with excellence
  • Assist with preparing reports, documents, and presentations; manage follow-ups; and support special initiatives led by the CGL office
  • Oversee cross-functional projects by developing processes, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Maintain an ongoing awareness of large-scale and cross-team projects, ensuring the CGL remains informed and aligned with progress, challenges, and next steps
  • Serve as a connector across teams, fostering collaboration, sharing updates, and identifying areas where additional support is needed
  • Provide support for capital project requests, budget oversight, and resource allocation to align with the CGL and Team Leaders’ vision
  • Serve as a central point of contact for project or budget-related communication, ensuring alignment, clarity, and accountability
  • Plan and execute events, meetings, and celebrations that reflect the heart of the CGL
  • Manage logistics for interviews, speaking engagements, hosting VIPs, and other events, including location, travel, meals, and agendas
  • Handle follow-ups from meetings, ensuring action items are completed and communicated effectively
  • Celebrate and strengthen relationships by crafting moments that deepen connections with team members, partners, and others through cards, gifts and meaningful experiences

Skills Needed to Succeed

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to foster relationships and partnerships
  • Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, problem solve, and maintain confidentiality
  • Maintain flexibility and initiate the creation of new processes and project strategies
  • Ability to manage conflict and differing opinions while maintaining composure
  • Strong leadership skills and understanding of developing and guiding others
  • Ability to take a great vision and turn it into reality through strategic execution
  • Experience in Tableau is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field1-3 years of related work experience
