About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Director (LMHP) to join our team at Life Consultants Inc. in Chesapeake, VA. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of mental health professionals and make a positive impact in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight to a team of mental health professionals
- Develop and implement treatment plans for clients
- Develop, implement and grow programs (i.e. Residential Crisis, Community Crisis, MHSS, IIH, Transitional Housing etc. and new programs)
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, which includes MCOs, as well as responding to private, state and federal CAPs/PIPs
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing support and training to staff
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall client care
- Drive consistent improvement of key performance indicators (KPIs) through strategic planning and execution.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required/assigned to support team and organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
- Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) in the state of Virginia
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary : $125,000 - $145,000
