Life Cycle Engineering is looking for Junior Engineers to join our team in Philadelphia, PA to support the NSWC (Naval Surface Warfare Center).
These positions are contingent upon funding.
Clearance Requirement:
- Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
The duties of these positions could include some of all of the following:
- Assist with Navy technical activities such as troubleshooting, repair, testing of systems and equipment.
- Assess status and operational checks of equipment and systems
- Resolving technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
- Develop technical reports and documentation
- Apply knowledge in engineering theories, concepts, principles, standards in order to conceive or apply new applications/developments to resolve client problems/conditions for advanced technologies
- Provide software development in an Agile environment
- Address software defects and change requests
- Support configuration management process
- A recently completed or currently pursuing Master or Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Power, Electronic, Computer, Software Engineering or Computer Science from an accredited college or university with estimated completion date in 2025 or before.
- Resume should provide details of major and minor courses of study, GPA and projects completed.
- Ability to utilize computers including the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
- Regular physical activity to include walking, climbing stairs, and standing; frequent periods of prolonged sitting may be required.
- Maneuvering around tight spaces in a shipboard environment.
- Ability to speak, read, hear, and write, with or without assistance.
- Ability to use phone and computer systems, copier, fax and other office equipment.

Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR
