The Marketing Intern will report directly to the Marketing Coordinator and be challenged to develop their professional skills and network within a unique and cross-industry business. The Marketing Intern will be on the ground floor, involved in all aspects of marketing, getting to collaborate and lend new ideas. The right candidate will be a self-starter who can stick to hard deadlines and manage quick turnarounds while juggling various diverse ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with LCE's Reliability Consulting Group (RCG) and leadership to expand LCE's impact within relevant markets and play a key role in generating new opportunities.
The Marketing department is a small but mighty team at LCE, covering all areas and needs for Marketing within the business to create and nurture leads. This includes but is not limited to, trade shows, Google and LinkedIn ads, newsletters, cold email outreach, website design and maintenance, publications/articles, and video creation, all while supporting sales and vertical leads.
These activities need a strongly motivated and creative individual with strong writing skills and experience with technologies such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier, Click Dimensions, and ZoomInfo.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Write succinct, informational, and attention-grabbing emails, publications, and social posts.
- Prepare the booth and LCE attendees for trade shows, and lead post-conference efforts including outreach emails.
- Nurture potential clients and modify the buyer's journey through top and mid-funnel activities.
- Help design and update the website along with creating a brand-new page.
- Conduct market research on different vertical leads and competitors.
- Work with the sales team to develop new email campaigns for new and existing clients.
- Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or graduate degree in a relevant field; Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or Journalism.
- Clear oral and written communication skills to develop and maintain top, mid, and bottom-of-funnel activities.
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
- Mindset to detail and process driven.
- A desire to learn and understand Industrial B2B Marketing that hits a wide range of industries.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premier.
- Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software
- Experience with ClickDimensions and ZoomInfo.
- Regular physical activity to include walking, climbing stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting. (up to 30 pounds), and standing; occasional prolonged sitting.
- Ability to speak, read, hear, and write, with or without assistance.
- Ability to use phone and computer systems, copier, fax, and other office equipment.
