Position Overview:
Life Enhancement Clinics is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to drive outreach and patient acquisition across Missoula, Kalispell, and their surrounding communities. This role is instrumental in building and managing relationships with clinical partners, healthcare providers, and community organizations. As the face of Life Enhancement Clinics, you will be responsible for increasing awareness of our natural healing services, expanding our network, and ensuring prospective patients and referral partners have access to our innovative healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a go-to-market strategy to grow Life Enhancement Clinics’ presence in Missoula, Kalispell, and surrounding areas.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with a diverse range of referral sources, including healthcare providers, alternative medicine practitioners, gym owners, athletes, churches, and other community leaders.
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, networking events, and presentations to educate potential partners on the benefits of regenerative medicine and uncover their patients’ needs.
- Gather market feedback from patients, referral partners, and stakeholders to enhance marketing strategies and clinic operations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, answering inquiries and providing detailed information about our regenerative medicine services.
- Schedule consultations with doctors and ensure seamless coordination with clinic operations.
- Collect and organize all necessary patient information, intake forms, past imaging, and medical records before consultations.
- Ensure proper documentation is transferred to the patient care team for a smooth handoff.
- Regularly travel within the assigned territory to conduct community outreach, attend events, and strengthen referral relationships.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in sales, business development, clinical outreach, or healthcare marketing.
- Proven track record of building and managing relationships within the healthcare community.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently and be accountable to weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics.
- Willingness to travel throughout Missoula, Kalispell, and surrounding areas for networking and outreach efforts.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- No weekends
Supplemental Pay:
