Who are We? Wesley Ridge is a faith-based, mission-driven non-profit that is part of an integrated family of lifestyle communities, Life Enriching Communities.
Shifts Available: Part-Time: 15-20 hours per week. (1 Sunday a month).
What is Your Role? The campus Chaplain provides spiritual guidance on campus. This role provides pastoral care services to resident, family members, and associates.
Essential Functions

- Provide worship and spiritual enrichment opportunities to residents and staff.
- Attend to residents who are homebound or in local hospitals, either personally or through Friendly Visitor program.
- Support residents with end-of-life spiritual care.
- Assist with Advance Directives/Advance Care Planning.
- Offer Pastoral Counseling to residents, family members, and associates.
- Perform spiritual assessments and spiritual plans of care for residents.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team care planning.
- leading Vespers, Independent Living Bible Study weekly, pastoral care, and visitations as needed.

We are seeking:
- Individuals who exemplify, kindness, and positivity

- Individuals who with strong communication skills and creativity.
- Current Master’s Degree of Divinity, and Ministry Ordination, preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years serving a congregation, preferably in a senior community or health care setting. Minimum of 1 unit CPE, or ability to achieve within first 18 months.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Directives demonstrated, and well as familiarity with end of life processes and care.
- Board Certified Chaplaincy preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency. AOD experience a plus.
