Shift Available:
Flexible: 3 pm - 11 pm, and 11 pm - 7 am

If yes, would you like a position that…
- Communicate safety and security procedures throughout the campus; Investigate safety and security incidents on campus property. Report all accidents or incidents involving residents or staff personnel to the Department Head. Monitor fire and medical alarms.
- Handle all general administrative duties for campus.
- Staff and demonstrate full knowledge of basic operation of Welcome Center; answer and direct all incoming phone calls and visitors, manage mail process: receive and distribute incoming and internal mail, packages and deliveries, and outgoing mail. Prepare labels for resident mailboxes as residents move in or withdraw/move to another level of care.
- Organize semi-annual resident survey; enter results into computer, input information into survey grid. Compile separate list of all comments submitted by residents.
